The property will consist of an 8,000 square foot rustic main lodge, a dining area with capacity for 28 guests, a cozy library and an expansive wrap-around deck. Cloud Camp will be decorated with stone and timber and feature hand-hewn beams, stone fireplaces and a style reflecting the great national parks.

The property can sleep 56 guests in total with guestrooms featuring hickory wood flooring, hickory paneled walls and feather beds.
The main lodge will offer seven guest rooms, including a honeymoon suite. The accommodation is situated on a rock outcropping and features a copper soaking tub, fireplace, and private patio. Adjacent to the main lodge are eleven one and two bedroom cabins, each with private porches and Front Range views.

In addition to Cloud Camp is the Fire Tower suite, perched atop a historic Colorado fire tower and accessed by a climb of 145 steps.
Cloud camps’ Culinary options will be inspired by the 1920s with reimagined interpretations of the classics of that time period, such as Beef Wellington, Duck a l'Orange, Filets de Sole Newburg, and Apple Tarte Tatin. The beverage program follows the same theme with the Camp’s signature spiced rum punch, a caviar and Bellini cocktail hour and post dinner hot toddies.

During their stay, guests will be able to hike in the Pike National Forest, enjoy birding, photo safaris, and rock art, as well as assist the Chef each evening with the preparation of the Social Hour hors d'oeuvres.

To arrive at Cloud Camp, guests check-in at The Broadmoor and have the option of being transported to Cloud Camp in a four-wheel vehicle, on the back of a mule, or by way of a guided three-hour hike. Luggage is transported separately.

Rates begin at $600 per night, based on double occupancy, and are all-inclusive.
