In early June, the New York City borough of Brooklyn will welcome its first full-service luxury boutique hotel, the Hotel Williamsburg. The 64-room property will be located in the popular neighborhood of Williamsburg, just a few blocks away from the bustling thoroughfare of Bedford Avenue

In keeping with its location, the hotel will feature locally sourced amenities, including uniforms designed by Brooklyn Industries and a Brooklyn Brewery signature brew, as well as an outdoor pool, a full-service restaurant and a rooftop lounge, The Watering Tower, which overlooks McCarren Park.

The hotel is being developed and managed by Graves Hospitality Corporation, in partnership with KSK Construction Group. Its 64 guest rooms will be divided between front rooms with views toward Manhattan and rear rooms with views over the on-property swim club. It will also offer four luxury suites.

Local chef, Andres Grundy, formerly Chef de Cuisine of New York’s L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon in the Four Seasons and Boston’s Clio, will be responsible for all of the hotel’s food and beverage options.
Room rates start at $295 and an opening rate of $199 will be offered through June 30, based on availability
