British Airways Union to Extend Strike?

June 1, 2010 By: Meagan Drillinger is reporting that British Airways crew union, Unite, may hold a vote next week to extend the strike that has already disrupted flights for thousands across the UK.

Currently Unite is on day three of a second five-day series of stoppages, which has caused British Airways to cancel over 200 flights out of Heathrow. Since the strikes began in March the ordeal has cost the airline approximately $142 million, according to
