Comair Flight Attendants Ready for Possible Strike

Teamster flight attendants at Delta Comair are preparing for possible job actions as early as next week. Federal Bankruptcy Judge Adlai Hardin is scheduled to rule on Delta Comair's motion to reject the flight attendants' contract on April 17. If the judge grants Delta Comair's motion, the carrier must then decide if it intends to impose concessions. The flight attendants, who previously voted 93 percent in favor of authorizing a strike, will then be able to take that action if the union so chooses.
