We first heard about Delta Air Lines' success with supplying half its fleet with WiFi service yesterday as we perused Twitter (http://twitter.com/Delta_Air_Lines) and just came upon this tweet from American Airlines (http://twitter.com/AAirwaves), which is doing its job to keep the public up to date on its technology offerings:
"We’ve completed the installation of WiFi on nearly 20 of our MD80s since April 1 - Drop us a line if you have access on your next flight!"
Will Delta keep up the battle of the tweets? Or perhaps another airline will jump into the fray?
