Jet Airways Connects Mumbai to Johannesburg

Effective April 14, Jet Airways will begin daily nonstop flights from Mumbai to Johannesburg in South Africa marking Jet Airways' first international route to Africa.

Flight 9W 242 will depart Mumbai at 2:05 a.m. and will arrive in Johannesburg at 7:35 a.m. On the return, the flight will depart Johannesburg at 11:00 a.m. and will arrive in Mumbai at 11:30 p.m.

Johannesburg will be the 22nd destination in the airline's international network. Jet Airways currently flies to New York (both JFK and Newark), Toronto, Brussels, London (Heathrow), Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Colombo in Sri LankaBangkok, Kathmandu, Dhaka, Kuwait, Bahrain, Muscat, Doha, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Jeddah, Sharjah and Riyadh.
