This winter, Lufthansa will operate flights to 183 destinations in 78 countries, increasing its capacity by 3.3 percent. The carrier will begin non-stop service from Frankfurt to Kolkata, India (formerly Calcutta) and will increase service to San Francisco, São Paulo, Moscow, Innsbruck, Geneva, London City Airport, Palma de Mallorca and Valencia. The winter schedule runs from Oct. 29 to March 24.
