Norwegian Expands Winter Service from London's Gatwick Airport

As of this winter, four new destinations will be available from London's Gatwick airport on Norwegian: Madeira and La Palma for the sun-seekers and Grenoble and Salzburg for ski enthusiasts. 

Norwegian is also increasing the number of weekly departures onits routes from London Gatwick to Lanzarote, Rome and Larnaca.

From October 28 and November 1, respectively, Norwegian will have two weekly flights from London Gatwick to the Portuguese island of Madeira and one weekly flight to La Palma in the Canary Islands. From December 13, passengers can also fly direct to Grenoble and Salzburg once a week. Tickets are available today.

Norwegian established a crew base at London Gatwick airport in 2013 and now offers 41 routes from its terminals. Norwegian has eight 737-800 aircraft based at London Gatwick today as well as around 90 pilots and 200 cabin crew members.

Flight schedule

London Gatwick – Madeira
Norwegian will operate two weekly flights (Tuesdays and Saturdays) between London Gatwick Airport (LGW) and Madeira (FNC) from October 28. Prices start at £39.90 one way.

London Gatwick – La Palma
Norwegian will operate one weekly flight (Saturdays) between London Gatwick Airport (LGW) and La Palma (SPC) from November 1. Prices start at £45.90 one way.

London Gatwick – Grenoble
Norwegian will operate one weekly flight (Saturdays) between London Gatwick Airport (LGW) and Grenoble (GNB) from December 13. Prices start at £29.90 one way.

London Gatwick – Salzburg
Norwegian will operate one weekly flight (Saturdays) between London Gatwick Airport (LGW) and Salzburg (SZG) from December 13. Prices start at £29.90 one way.
