Qantas Will Offer Passengers Virtual Reality Technology

News.com.au has announced that Qantas, the Australian airline, is launching a three-month trial testing headsets. Its first class guests will receive Samsung virtual reality headsets at Sydney and Melbourne International First lounges and on select A380 flights. 

The service allows passengers to watch 3D films and preview the company’s new destinations and facilities. One such experience, an overview of Kakadu National Park, is currently being produced in anticipation of the trial period, which is to begin in mid-February.
