Today, December 13, marks the teaming up of Singapore Airlines and Virgin Australia with their new international and domestic routes between Singapore and Darwin, along with the launch of the merged frequent flyer program.
According to etravelblackboard, Singapore Airlines' regional carrier, Silk Air, will begin a service between Singapore and Darwin four times a week as of March 26. Virgin will complement these services with daily flights between Darwin and Sydney as of April 2.
