US Airways started new service between its Phoenix hub and Lihue, Kauai and between Las Vegas and Kahului, Maui on March 1, and will begin flying from Phoenix to Kona, Hawaii on March 2. The airline is also adding a second daily roundtrip flight between Phoenix and Honolulu. US Airways is operating the new flights with Boeing 757-200 aircraft, with 14 first class and 176 coach class seats.
