Allegro Cozumel, the all-inclusive Occidental Hotels & Resorts property on the Mexican island of Cozumel, has reopened after recent renovations.
Updates have been made to public spaces, dining facilities, recreational areas, health and wellness services, and daily activities programming, which include:
- A Yucatán hacienda-inspired lobby area
- A new buffet menu at El Topaz restaurant
- A self-service sushi bar and teppanyaki tables at El Oriental, the resort’s à la carte Asian restaurant
- A newly launched art gallery-themed, à la carte dinner venue, The Italian
- A two-in-one Sports Bar that combines an open lounge area with high-top tables and a section with private booths
- A Disco Bar featuring a DJ who will be spinning world music hits
- A Teens Club equipped with games tables and consoles for guests aged 13-17 years
- A Spa & Fitness Center
- Tennis courts
- A theater
- Improved pool and beach activities programming, such as non-motor sports and a PADI five-star dive center. PADI-certified guests can request an Ultimate Dive Experience Package, with upgraded room accommodations in a Superior Premium Ultimate Dive Experience Room, a daily dive tank, access to a special in-room wetsuit drying rack, equipment storage and care, exclusive check-in and check-out service, a private lounge and discounts at the Dive Shop.
