All Inclusive Collection Names Ash Tembe New VP of Global Sales

ash tembeThe All Inclusive Collection, which has all-inclusive properties throughout Mexico and the Caribbean, recently announced the appointment of Ash Tembe to vice president of global sales.

In this role, Tembe will spearhead corporate global field sales for the company’s Hard Rock Hotels in Mexico and the Dominican Republic, the first and only all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotels in the world.

Leading a high-performance team of 15 business development managers (BDM) across North America, Tembe will focus on developing innovative global market share strategies and budget planning based on regional and country-specific needs. These agent support strategies will then be implemented worldwide by BDMs in key markets including London, Russia, Brazil, Austraila and more, in an effort to expand and enhance the all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotel brand.

Tembe holds multiple years of industry experience, most recently serving as director of North American field sales for Palace Resorts, as well as vice president of resort sales and marketing at Bimini Bay Resort and Marina. Tembe also held the position of regional director of customer business development for Royal Caribbean International in the Northeast, leading development managers and strategic account management for the northeast territory. Other prominent brands led by Tembe include Sandals and Beaches Resorts, Sunburst Holidays and Pan American World Airways.

The All Inclusive Collection spearheads sales and marketing efforts resorts throughout Mexico and the Caribbean, including Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic (the world’s first all inclusive Hard Rock Hotel), Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta, Hard Rock Hotel Cancun and Aventura Palace (soon to be re-branded as the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya).
