International Expeditions held a blessing ceremony on the banks of the Amazon River with a host of special guests and past travelers to mark the inaugural cruise of its new riverboat, La Estrella Amazonica.
The new vessel offers travelers a range of amenities and extras. There are private balconies for every cabin, multimedia lecture room, fitness center, Hobie kayaks, a nightly reception with complimentary wine and beer, and a large observation deck measuring at more than 1,000 square feet.
