The Receptive Services Association of America (RSAA), a national nonprofit trade association, has signed a three-year agreement with IMG Associations to provide RSAA with full-service association and conference management capabilities.
The RSAA has 400-plus members, including all major international inbound receptive tour operators and tour suppliers such as hotels, transportation companies, destinations, attractions and restaurants. The RSAA headquarters will relocate to IMG’s Lexington, KY, offices, effective October 31.
“RSAA is on the cusp of accelerated growth and success, and IMG Associations is the perfect partner to take our association to the next level,” said Beverley Callender, RSAA president. “Our members can look forward to receiving a heightened level of service, innovation and value from their RSAA memberships.”
RSAA is involved in a wide range of industry activities. Its focus is on working with suppliers, regulatory agencies and travel promotion bureaus to improve the quality of travel related services for foreign visitors.
