The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and Fast Consortium have signed an agreement to begin construction on The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne.
The new hotel will be located in the city’s central business district and will include residential apartments and retail shopping. The 250-room property will also become the tallest luxury hotel in Australia.
Construction will begin in the upcoming year.
