V Australia has launched a dedicated helpdesk dealing exclusively with travel agent inquiries. The team is made up of experienced travel professionals who can help with all fares, systems and ticketing inquiries.

The Agent Helpdesk is based in Australia, with hours of operation from 4 p.m. to 12 p.m. PDT, Sunday through Thursday, and can be contacted at 800-444-0260 or va.agenthelpdesk@vaustralia.com.au.
