Two members of the CruiseOne and Cruises Inc. management team have been honored for community contributions, as well as travel and franchise industry achievements.

South Florida's Sun Sentinel honored Tim Courtney, the cruise brands' vice president of franchise and network development, with its “Top Workplaces for People on the Move” award. That honor was given to 10 individuals in the region for contributions to their organizations and the community.
He was cited for the following achievements: (1) Developing CruiseOne and Cruises Inc.’s commitment to diversity and military veterans through internal programs and recruitment; (2) His franchise advocacy efforts, which include leadership roles in travel and other committees within the International Franchise Association; (3) His annual record-breaking recruitment rates; and (4) His continuous support of various non-profit and trade organizations.

Rosemarie Reed
Rosemarie Reed, vice president of marketing for CruiseOne and Cruises Inc., was named as a "Digital Marketing Leader" at the Women in Ecommerce's third annual Golden Mouse Awards.
These awards honor 14 South Florida women who successfully leverage the Internet to promote their businesses, organizations and industries while, at the same time, making a difference in the South Florida community.
Reed was recognized for her career path growth -- moving up the ladder from IT project manager to her current position. She was also cited for spearheading the company’s digitalization of its marketing efforts including the re-branding of its consumer websites and creation of mobile-friendly versions.
Other factors in Reed's selection were the development of innovative online advertising and e-mail marketing campaigns.
Debbie Fiorino, senior vice president of CruiseOne and Cruises Inc, said the duo demonstrate on a daily basis the characteristics of strong leaders -- ingenuity, management and decision-making.
