Tauck Receives Presidential Award

President George W. Bush this week presented Robin Tauck and Arthur Tauck Jr. of tour operator Tauck World Discovery with the Preserve America Presidential Award. The award was given for Tauck's guest-volunteer program at Yellowstone National Park. In a statement, President and CEO Robin Tauck noted that its trips to the U.S. national parks have added meaning, since her grandfather first brought guests to them in 1926. "The parks have been a large part of our success for 80 years," she said. The Presidential Award is the highest honor given by Preserve America, recognizing accomplishments in sustainable use and preservation.
