ARC Announces Fraud Prevention Panelists

securityThe latest social engineering tactics, fraud trends, law enforcement efforts and the industry’s response to the changing fraud landscape will be the focus of ARC's Fraud Prevention discussion at the upcoming TravelConnect conference in Washington, D.C., October 30–31. 

The panel will focus on emerging fraud trends affecting the industry and key preventative measures. Panelists include Robbi Hamida, vice president, Nexion; Special Agent Matthew Frohlich, federal law enforcement agent; Andrew Warman, business support manager, corporate security, British Airways; and Doug Nass, fraud investigation manager at ARC. 

Jennifer Watkins, director of credit card services and fraud prevention at ARC, will moderate the session.

“This is one of the few opportunities many of us have to meet with our peers and talk about the types of fraud we are seeing, how it is being executed, and best practices for preventing and addressing it,” said Hope Harper, supervisor of revenue recovery at Delta Air Lines.
