Helena Light Hadley Joins ARC as VP and Chief Human Resources Officer

writingThe Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC) has appointed Helena Light Hadley as vice president and chief human resources officer. Hadley, who will begin her new job on May 20, comes to ARC (www.arccorp.com) from Rolls-Royce.

A 25-year human resources professional, Hadley began her career at Marriott International as director of training and development, eventually rising to vice president of staffing and development. She then moved to Invensys, PLC, a global technology company headquartered in London as its vice president of global learning and development.

Hadley has also led employee development efforts at Constellation Energy, Honeywell, and FINRA, where she held the post of vice president of Organization and Talent Management and interim head of human resources. At Rolls-Royce, Hadley lead the Talent Management and Organizational Development Practice for the company's Global Defense Sector and North American Region.

Hadley holds a bachelor's degree in speech communication from the Catholic University of America and a master's degree in communication arts from the University of Maryland.
