Atlantis, Paradise Island to Roll Out New Dining Concept This Fall

Atlantis, Paradise IslandAtlantis, Paradise Island in The Bahamas recently announced the opening of Estiatorio Milos in the fall of 2015. Milos, a Greek-influenced Mediterranean restaurant known for importing fresh, high-quality seafood, has six locations worldwide. 

Atlantis and Costas Spiliadis, Milos' executive chef and owner, will be collaborating with interior architect Jeffrey Beers of Jeffrey Beers International (JBI). These teams will be transforming the restaurant space and overseeing renovations beginning in the summer of 2015.

Atlantis looks forward to welcoming guests to Milos this fall, with more details to be revealed in the coming months.

Atlantis features a variety of accommodations built around a 141-acre waterscape, which includes fresh and saltwater lagoons, pools, marine habitats, as well as popular water slides and river rides for all ages.
