Pleasant Holidays recently hosted its first Elite Experience incentive trip honoring the top performing travel agents for 2014 in Los Cabos, Mexico, at the recently-opened Secrets Puerto Los Cabos Golf & Spa Resort from December 4 to 7. Over 100 people, including travel agents and their guests and supplier partners, participated in the trip.
Guests of Pleasant Holidays Elite Experience enjoyed roundtrip airfare from their home gateway to Los Cabos, Mexico; airport transfers in destination; private, luxury all-suite accommodations; and leisure time to explore and indulge in various pursuits, including golf, ziplining, spa treatments, water sports, cooking classes and cultural activities that give them a true taste of Los Cabos. Evening events included a Welcome Reception, a dinner event at Fiesta Americana Grand Los Cabos All Inclusive Golf & Spa, and a Cirque du Soleil Farewell Extravaganza on the final night. Agents also had the opportunity to extend their stay in Los Cabos at partner resorts, including Secrets Puerto Los Cabos Golf & Spa Resort and Sandos Finisterra Los Cabos All Inclusive Resort.
In addition to their guests, agents were joined by Pleasant Holidays team members, including Jack Richards, president and CEO; Kimberly Daley, senior vice president sales strategy; Jeff Pettus, senior director of sales; Chanda Vudmaska, director national accounts sales; and Yolanda Ramirez, product director Mexico and Latin America. Business development managers attending included Judy Koziel for the Midwest region, Krystyna Sanson for the Southeast region, Kristin Romitti for the Eastern region and Megan Gillespie representing the Western region.
