Temazcal Ceremony & Pre-Hispanic Bath - The Temazcal Ceremony is themed around the four elements - fire, earth, water and air in a two hour steam lodge treatment. For those who might be interested in this activity but on a smaller scale, the Pre-Hispanic Bath treatment is an abbreviated 30 minute version.
Aromatherapy & Reflexology - For those seeking a more traditional spa experience, there is the Pindasweda Herbal Massage, which uses aromatherapy, and the Reflexology foot massage. The 80-minute herbal aromatic massage, Pindasweda, uses steamed herbs from a special healing garden applied in a kneading action to heal muscle tension and stiffness, while the body absorbs the heat and herbs to reduce aches and pains and increase the lymphatic drainage and condition of the skin. The reflexology foot massage, 30 minutes, energizes the body by using a massage technique that uses pressure points corresponding to specific body parts and improves circulation and releases blocked energy throughout the entire body.
Couples Retreat - Just in time for Valentine's Day, the 50 or 80 minute Romantic Wellness for Two allows couples to transform their suite into a spa sanctuary while enjoying a couples massage followed by a romantic bath while sipping champagne and eating chocolate covered strawberries. A one-to-one massage class is also available.
