“Must-See” Adventures in Los Cabos During Winter Months - From now through March, visitors can experience watching whales breech, get up close and personal with mother whales and their young calves during tours. “Another unique sight is watching huge schools of muvulas rays jumping out of the waters; or visiting our National Marine Park, Cabo Pulmo,” says Ortiz.

The Pacific Coast - Located west of the touristic corridor and just north of Cabo San Lucas, the Pacific Coast is developing several exclusive residential projects. The region provides some of the best spots and many beaches are host to whales, offering travelers a show each year from December to March. Guests can stay overnight in one of the area’s hotels such as Hotel California or Hotel Guaycura.

Whale Watching Season - Many local tour companies offer whale-watching trips aboard all-weather inflatable speedboats, while travelers learn about and experience these creatures up close and personal. A few notable operators to check out or recommend to travelers include: Cabo Adventures, Cabo Expeditions, Cabo Outfitters and Whale Watch Cabo.
