November 1 will see the re-opening of The Fairmont Royal Pavilion, following a two-month renovation program designed to enhance its beachfront presence.
The property in Barbados will debut a new category of room – the 900-square-foot Beachfront Junior Suites with private terraces. There will be a total of 24 of these. Serviced by experienced butlers dedicated to providing the ultimate in personalized care, these latest additions will join the existing inventory of 48 Oceanfront Deluxe guestrooms.
Guests booking a junior suite will also benefit from an airport fast track service, being personally escorted through the diplomatic area in immigration and customs, personalized check-in and check-out, a dedicated butler service, daily in-room amenities and complimentary evening canapés.
During high season, the resort is primarily couples-orientated but throughout the summer months of April to October, children of all ages are invited to join their parents when the hotel offers complimentary daily children's activities.
A wide range of complimentary non-motorized water sports are offered, including snorkeling, wakeboarding, water-skiing, sunfish sailing and kayaking. For spa aficionados, holistic spa treatments and massages are offered in the comfort and privacy of their guestroom.
