Ranchos San Lucas is a new development in Los Cabos that is set to begin opening at the end of December. The 834-acre community has more than a mile of white sand beachfront along with a tropical forest. The resort community also is home to an 18-hole golf course designed by Greg Norman, a tennis center, luxury resort and Mexican Village for shopping and hiking trails. The property is located 30 minutes from Los Cabos International Airport with flights from major U.S. cities, including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Atlanta, Phoenix, Dallas, Houston, New York and Chicago.
Ranchos San Lucas is set to open its first phase with a Grand Solmar at Rancho San Lucas resort with a contemporary style. The resort, set inside the community, will have 19 units, a two-level restaurant, a salt water lagoon, a mini water park and more. When the full community is complete, it will have 105 residences included within the resort’s total 594 suites across 12 buildings. Grand Solmar at Rancho San Lucas will specifically have two-, three- and four- bedroom penthouses. The suites range in size from 1862 to 3789 square feet.
All of the penthouses have full kitchens, in-villa dining options and spa services, private terraces and a separate sitting area. The four-bedroom penthouse will be well suited for families with the dining terrace and infinity-edge pool.
As for activities, guests will have access to deep-sea fishing, scuba diving, kayaking, horseback riding, sunset boast rides to the famous Arch and more.
