Peter Island Resort & Spa recently announced the appointment of Scott Hart as general manager for the luxury private island resort in the British Virgin Islands.
Hart will oversee its 52 rooms and suites, three villas, two restaurants, spa and mega yacht harbor. He brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Peter Island from his most recent posts as the owner and founder of Dove Restaurant in Road Town, Tortola and general manager of Frenchman’s Hotel on Tortola’s West End.
Originally from Canada, Hart and his wife opened Dove Restaurant in 2003 and it quickly became one of the Virgin Islands’ most acclaimed dining establishments, known for its exceptional cuisine and service. For the past seven years, he has also been general manager of Frenchmans Hotel overseeing the renovation, re-launch and management of the 14-key boutique hotel.
