American Express Global Business Travel Names Doug Anderson CEO

American Express Global Business Travel (GBT) has announced the appointment of Doug Anderson as its new CEO, effective immediately. Anderson has over 30 years of global management experience, American Express GBT said.

Spun from American Express just over two years ago, American Express GBT has made new investments in technology, insights, and product.  

With new technology offerings and the opportunity to continue to expand GBT’s footprint, the company is on a clear path toward unparalleled success, said Doug Anderson. “I am honored to lead the organization on this journey as we transform business travel.”
