In preparation for the December 7 debut of Grand Residences Riviera Cancun, Carlo Bicaci has been appointed as General Manager to lead the 103 all-suite resort.

In his new role, Bicaci will direct all aspects of the resort's opening, leading a team of 250 people. With 35 years of experience Bicaci most recently oversaw the launches of the following hotels and restaurants: Brasserie Lipp in Mexico City; Gloutonnerie in Miami Beach; Anticavilla Hotel in Cuernavaca, Mexico; and Quattro Gastronomia Italiania at JW Marriott Hotel Mexico City Santa Fe.
