Enterprise Rent-A-Car reports it is now offering Arrival Alerts to Enterprise Plus loyalty members at airport rental locations throughout North America. This free loyalty program now gives members who opt-in for email communications an alert regarding their rental approximately one hour prior to their scheduled arrival. The alerts include important details including the reservation number, pickup time and directions to the rental location.
Enterprise Plus members earn points redeemable for free rentals at Enterprise’s network of more than 5,500 neighborhood and airport locations throughout North America, Enterprise notes.
Membership benefits include access to members-only check-in at participating locations, dedicated phone lines for expedited service and special members-only offers through the program’s “Email Extras” e-newsletter.
“Traveling can be stressful, and Arrival Alerts are designed to give customers the information they need – nothing more, and nothing less – at their fingertips, in one simple email,” said Jim Stoeppler, Enterprise brand director.
