Enterprise Rent-A-Car has won the top spot in the J.D. Power North American Rental Car Satisfaction Study, marking the tenth time in 12 years the car rental brand has done so.
National Car Rental ranked second while Alamo Rent A Car ranked third, making this the fourth consecutive year that Enterprise Holdings’ car rental brands have taken the top three spots in the annual ranking. The three brands were also the only ones to finish above the industry average in 2015, Enterprise said.
