All 11 modules of Carnival Cruise Line’s sales and marketing training series are now available on Carnival Passport, the line’s travel agent training portal. The 11 topics include: Asking Questions, Listening Skills, Qualifying Sales, Closing the Sale, Group Sales, Developing a Marketing Plan, Building Relationships, Building Group Business, Branding and Networking, Social Media and Overcoming Objections.
The line also recently increased the amount of credits agents may earn for completing tutorials within Carnival Passport. Agents may earn 50 credits in Carnival Passport and 50 points in the Travel Agent Rewards Program for completing each tutorial. Tutorials last between five and 30 minutes.
