Doug Geoga Resigns as President of Global Hyatt

Global Hyatt's president, Doug Geoga, will resign as of June 30 after serving 23 years with the company. He served as president of Hyatt's U.S. businesses from 1994 to 2000 and as president of Global Hyatt since 2003. Geoga plans to start his own hospitality investment and advisory firm, of which Hyatt will become a consulting client. Mark Hoplamazian, president of The Pritzker Organization, will become acting president as of July 1 until the company finds a replacement.
