HRG North America Unveils Structure

Tom Gleason, CEO of HRG North America, has introduced the new senior management team that will lead HRG North America. HRG North America was recently created by integrating BTI Canada, one of Canada's leading travel management companies (wholly owned by Hogg Robinson) with several U.S.-based strategic acquisitions - Sea Gate Travel Group, Robustelli World Travel and Partnership Travel Consulting (PTC). Now HRG encompasses 70 locations and more than 1,300 employees. It will continue to focus on corporate travel, expense management, events and meetings management, corporate consulting, outsourced fulfillment and customer care, sports, leisure travel and air charter management. Effective immediately, the following nine executives are assigned responsibilities within HRG North America and report directly to Gleason. Richard Butterworth will be chief operating office for Canada and executive vice president, North America, based in Toronto. Patrick Brooker will serve as finance director, Canada and director of financial integration, North America, based in Toronto. Ted Brooks will become the new executive vice president of technology, North America, based in Charlotte. Michele Ferrari will be the new executive vice president of managed clients, North America, based in Toronto; she'll lead the company's business management team in servicing corporate travel clients. Tom Lacny, executive vice president global and strategic sales, North America, will be based in Chicago. Andrew Menkes, president of HRG Consulting, North America in New York, will lead the consulting division providing services in travel and procurement. Paul Salvatore, president of events & meetings management and loyalty programs, will be based in Stamford, CT. Danielle Waters will serve as executive vice president of national sales and support, North America, in Toronto. And finally, Jeany Zuhde, president of global strategic client management for North America, will be based in Charlotte, NC.
