JAL Hotels, which operates Nikko Hotels International and Hotel JAL City, announced the retirement of its president Shosuke Machida. Machida served as president since 1999, growing the company's managed properties from 51 to 63 hotels worldwide. Senior executive vice president Mamoru Tsutsumi will take over as chairman and CEO.
