Classic Vacations Snags Creative Leisure’s Top Reservations Agents

October 10, 2008 By: Joe Pike

Creative Leisure recently took one on the chin as most of its reservations managers jumped ship to join competitor Classic Vacations, Simon Goodall, senior vice president of Creative Leisure, told us in an interview. The departure of these agents means Creative Leisure will no longer be accepting any new reservations to the Caribbean and Hawaii. Creative Leisure has in turn decided to wind down the company's luxury resort business to focus on its luxury villa businesses. With the departure of Creative Leisure International's top-producing resort agents, the company took a hard look at its luxury resort business and as a result has made the decision to stop taking new resort reservations effective immediately. All existing reservations will continue to be operated and serviced.
