Travel agents must book all Reno and Lake Tahoe vacations with US starting now through July 31, 2013. Also, be sure clients complete their travel by Aug. 16, 2013. A US Airways Vacations specialist course must be completed at www.tauniv.com by Aug. 16, 2013. Finally, be prepared to compete for cash and prizes in Reno.
For purposes of the contest, revenue is determined by the total revenue of bookings including taxes and fees, before commissions are deducted. Contest revenue is based on revenue alone. Bookings made after the close of the contest period will not apply toward the contest. All decisions of US Airways personnel are final.
US Airways will reveal the winning agencies of the contest on Aug. 30, 2013. All winning agencies will be notified by email, phone or First-Class Mail within seven business days of determining the winning agencies.
