Chile Welcomes Four Points By Sheraton Los Angeles

Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. has opened a Four Points by Sheraton in the city of Los Angeles, but not that City of Angels in California. The new Four Points by Sheraton Los Angeles opened south of the equator in Los Angeles, Chile on July 15, and will be managed by Hotel Buenas Noches Los Angeles SA (a subsidiary of Casino Austria).

The property is located in the center of Los Angeles, close to Concepcion, Chile's second largest city. When driving from Santiago, Los Angeles is the starting point for the Chilean Patagonia circuit and is a natural stop before initiating visits to the national parks and lakes. The hotel is next to the shopping center Mall Plaza and it shares premises with the casino and was designed to attract the corporate market as well as leisure travelers.

There are now 13 Four Points by Sheraton properties in Latin America, and Four Points by Sheraton Los Angeles is part of an expected eight total Starwood hotels to open in Latin America this year.

This new property features 90 guestrooms on 16 floors, more than 7,018 square feet of ballroom  space for events, a full-service restaurant, a lobby bar, a gym with spa area that includes four treatment rooms, and indoor and outdoor swimming pools and deck areas.
