Marriott Opens Two China Properties

Marriott will open its third Renaissance-branded hotel and first Marriott Executive Apartments property in Tianjin, China later this year.

Both properties, the 368-room Renaissance Tianjin Lakeview Hotel and the 96-unit The Lakeview, Tianjin - Marriott Executive Apartments, will share the same lakefront building in the Hexi District of Tianjin.

The Lakeview Hotel will offer three restaurants, lobby lounge, indoor swimming pool, health club, meeting and function space.

The Executive Apartments will offer a range of one-, two- and three-bedroom units, each with a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry, flat-screen television and high-speed internet.

There will also be a restaurant, lounge and sundry/delicatessen.
