Victoria Cruises has added an optional shore excursion in their 2010 Yangtze River brochure. Beginning in March guests have the option to visit the temple at Shibaozhai, a 12-story red, wooden pagoda that dates back to the 18th century. The cost is $32 per guest.
Cruisers also have the option to visit White Emperor City, which overlooks Qutang Gorge, also available for $32 per guest.
