Four Points by Sheraton Colonia Roma to Open in Mexico City

Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. announced the opening of Four Points by Sheraton Colonia Roma in Mexico City. Owned and managed by Sora Group, the new hotel is the third Four Points in Mexico, which now includes more than 160 hotels around the world.  Twenty-three Four Points hotels are slated to open in 2012 alone, giving it the second largest pipeline among all Starwood brands.

The 90-room Four Points by Sheraton Colonia Roma offers a functional guestroom workspace, free in-room Internet, free Wi-Fi in public spaces and local beers from the brand-wide Best Brews program.

Other ammenities include a 24-hour fitness center, an international restaurant, as well as a bar and lounge.  Seven meeting rooms provide more than 9,300 square feet of meeting space.  

The Colonia Roma hotel is near the neighborhood's main thoroughfare, Alvaro Obregon Street, within walking distance of shopping and cultural sites as well as the Casa Lamm Cultural Center, the MUCA contemporary art museum, the Casa Universitaria del Libro and only eight miles from Mexico City's Benito Juarez International Airport.
