With the proliferation of dozens of new hotels opening in Paris in the past few years it can sometimes be overwhelming to choose one. Hotel Particulier Montmartre
Located in the hills of Montmartre, nestled away from the touristy area near Sacre Coeur, is a hidden gem behind a private gated enclave. Hotel Particulier Montmartre, a former 18th century mansion once owned by the Hermes family, was bought by Morgane Rousseau in 2007 and converted into a hotel. Her son Oscar Comtet took over the reigns in 2012 and added a bar and restaurant. The highlight of the hotel is the beautiful, serene garden measuring 10,000 feet, designed by Louis Benech, the landscape artist of the Tuileries Garden. An oasis in the middle of Paris, the romantic garden is the setting for cocktails, dinners, and brunch. The hotel features only five rooms and the top floor, 900 square feet deluxe suite has an open bathroom and panoramic views of Paris.

Hotel Fabric
A 19th century textile factory has been transformed into a chic hotel in the hipster Oberkampf district. Hotel Amour
Its name literally means the love hotel and this quirky hotel appeals to lovers with its racy photograph gallery and themed rooms. The sexy black hallways lead to 20 individually decorated rooms with some from international designers and artists such as Mark Newsom, Pierre Le-Tan, Terry Richardson, Sopie Calle and Alexandre de Betak.
