Tentative Agreement Reached by NYC Hotel Union

While union workers at New York hotels had threatened to strike this summer, The Hotel Association of New York City and the New York Hotel Trades Council reached a tentative agreement on a new six-year labor contract. The contract affects 100 New York City hotels. A vote by the union will take place on June 22; however, the deal is expected to be approved.
