The long anticipated New York City hotel, The William Vale, opened its doors this week, offering 183 new rooms to the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn.

Amenities of the hotel include the longest hotel pool in New York City, spanning 60 feet; valet parking; an elevated, 15,000 square-foot green space atop street level; twice daily housekeeping services; complimentary Wi-Fi; a fitness center; Vale Park; business work stations; Frette linens; L’Occitane en Provence products; smart TV systems and Brooklyn Roasting Company coffee available throughout the property.

Award-winning chef Andrew Carmellini of Noho Hospitality Group will oversee The William Vale’s dining destinations and 24-hour in-room dining services. On site, the hotel invites guests to Leuca, a Southern Italian restaurant featuring wood-fired cuisine set to open this fall, and Westlight, a rooftop bar serving craft cocktails and spirits with skyline views from the 22 floor. At Vale Pool, guests will fight light snacks and cocktails. Carmellini and the NoHo team will also oversee all private event menus within The William Vale’s event spaces, including a 4,000-square-foot ballroom, two board rooms and two conference rooms.

The hotel is within walking distance from a variety of top Williamsburg destinations, including the Brooklyn Brewery, Bedford Avenue, the Brooklyn Bowl, the Smorgasboard food festival and Indie Nitehawk Cinema. In terms of travel, the hotel is easily accessible by the L and G subway lines and MTA bus service.

The William Vale’s unique architecture was designed by Albo Liberis, with interiors by Studio Munge, designed to create an atmosphere of “modern prestige.” Outdoor spaces and greenery were designed by award-winning Gunn Landscape Architecture. A wide variety of indoor and outdoor spaces provide The William Vale visitors with outlets for both business and pleasure.

The wide ranges of spaces allow The William Vale to plan its cultural programs calendar, open to both guests and New York locals. Each event is designed to connect the property with the surrounding community, whether it be via book launches for Brooklyn authors, rooftop yoga, opera performances, indie movie screenings, painting classes with local artists, group meditation or more.

Those involved with the development of The William Vale hope the hotel will “reinvent Brooklyn,” and benefit the growing tourism sector in Brooklyn by inviting both locals and travelers alike to enjoy the hotels luxury services.
