An acclaimed architect and chairman of OBMI, an architectural design and consulting firm, will speak at the 14th Annual Caribbean Hotel & Tourism Investment Conference (CHTIC) in San Juan, Puerto Rico from May 4–6.

Tim Peck will speak at the breakout session entitled “Protecting the Assets – The Economics of Being Green” scheduled for Wednesday, May 5 at 3:15 p.m. at the Puerto Rico Convention Center.

Peck, with more than 30 years experience in the field, is a specialist in resort design. Prior to his position as chairman, he served as OBMI’s CEO for the Caribbean region.
