The Global Business Travel Association has announced a new initiative for GBTA Convention 2015 called the Corporate Travel Team Program. The initiative is designed to give more buyers the opportunity to experience Convention.
The Corporate Travel Team Program will provide unlimited complimentary buyer member registrations after five buyer members from the same company register at the standard rate. Other program perks include one reserved table for one day during the Convention Arena luncheon and one reserved meeting room for one day of team meetings. In addition, program participants will also be able to receive complimentary registrations for other members of their corporate travel team such as human resources and/or risk and security professionals within their organization.
“As business travel becomes increasingly global, travel management teams are now dispersed across the world,” Michael W. McCormick, GBTA executive director and COO, said in a statement. “The GBTA Convention 2015 Corporate Travel Team Program provides a global meeting place for travel managers and an opportunity for them to bring their extended travel team to the largest annual gathering of business travel professionals.”
The 2015 Convention theme, #Sharing, is meant to describe today’s business travel environment.
