In her opening remarks, Debbie Fiorino, senior vice president, CruiseOne and Cruises Inc., highlighted the team's successes: "It is impossible to grow without having strong connections. Strong connections feed strong relationships.” Alex Pinelo, vice president, key accounts, Norwegian Cruise Line, welcomed the 800 agents and vendors onboard and talked about the new ship and its new spaces.
