With this new partnership, the gross sales of the joint company will reach $1.2 billion in air consolidator sales and make it one of the largest consolidators in the world. There will be no changes to the U.S operations, its executive and management team and its name, Picasso Travel.
“We want the travel agent community to know we will be investing even more in automation and improve service levels worldwide," Ozyurtcu and Klee said in a joint statement.
