Christopherson Andavo Travel reports the acquisition of All Seasons Travel, forming one of the larger travel agencies in the country. The move also expands Christopherson Andavo’s footprint beyond the western United States, where it currently ranks among the largest agencies in the Rocky Mountain region.
Salt Lake City-based Christopherson Andavo Travel and All Seasons Travel, headquartered in Birmingham, Ala., will conduct business under the Christopherson Andavo brand name. The combined $380 million company will employ more than 300 travel professionals across the country, with Christopherson Andavo’s Mike Cameron continuing as CEO.

The acquisition will provide jobs for all current employees of each company, Cameron said.

Christopherson Andavo Travel reports it booked $341 million in travel in 2012 and is on schedule to grow to $500 million by 2015. The company said its vision for the future is to continue growing and investing in its proprietary technology platform.

Christopherson Andavo Travel is the largest affiliate of BCD Travel and a partner of Virtuoso. The company operates from three full-service locations in Salt Lake City, Utah, Denver, Colorado and San Francisco, California employing more than 250 travel professionals.
The company has a corporate travel division, Christopherson Business Travel, and an independent contractor division, Andavo Travel, a host agency.
All Seasons Travel is a travel management company specializing in corporate, leisure, group, business incentive, and sports travel. The company employs more than fifty employees and manages travel for more than 100 companies and organizations, with a specialty in team and fan travel for universities.
